Admission Procedure
  • Parents/Guardians must sign Declaration Form before filling the Admission form and agree that they will abide by the rules and regulations of the School and amendments issued thereon from time to time.
  • Application form for admissions will be available at the school office and also on School Website.
  • The admission form has to be filled in by the parent/Guardian in capital letters with black pen .Over writing on the form will not be accepted.
  • Date of Birth mentioned on the admission form has to tally with the documents given as proof for the date of birth.
  • No changes will be done at any stage later i n the name spelling or date of birth unless legal documents are submitted for the same.
  • A photocopy of birth certificate transfer Certificate, Aadhar card and four passport size photographs are to be submitted. Birth certificate from Municipal Corporation/Appropriate authority will be mandatory.
  • The documents should be verified and submitted as per the Admission Notice. All the documents (except Birth Certificate) are to be submitted duly attested by parents. No admission will be• considered until all the requirements are fully met.
  • Parents will be fully responsible for the information given in the admission form and school management shall not be responsible for any faults on Parents part.
  • A personal interaction with the child will be the main criterion for admission in Nursery and KG.
  • A written test will be taken in English, Hindi, Mathematics and general subject for admission in Class I and above. It will be of one hour duration.
  • The School Management does not bind itself to furnish any reason, what so over, for rejecting any application.
  • Conveyance form to be filled if facility is to be availed by the child.
  • Transfer certificate from the previous school is must for getting admission in Class I and above. D.O.B. mentioned on the Transfer Certificate of the previous school will be accepted.
  • Transfer Certificate only from a recognized school is accepted. I f a student come". from a different State, the Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the appropriate Authority concerned.
  • If a student comes from a different country, the Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the appropriate officer of the Indian Embassy/Consulate in that country.
  • When a child is admitted on a Transfer Certificate basis he/she will be placed i n the similar class which the Transfer Certificate shows him /her to be qualified in the appropriate month of the particular year. He/she will not be promoted before the end of the school year. There can be no relaxation in this Rule. As this being a Government Directive.
  • Admission will only be confirmed on payment of 1st term fee i n cash/card. This amount is not refundable.
  • Uniform and books will be available at authorized dealers for the convenience of the parents.
  • For the security refunds parents have to submit an application i n advance and take a clearance certificate from the office.
  • Age limit for each class is laid down as under:-
    • Nursery – 3 to 4 years>
    • LKG – 4 to 5 years
    • UKG – 5 to 6 years

Note:- The age limits shown above are only applicable as on the 1st of the June of the Academic Year.
Age limit for particular classes will be adhered to strictly.
